 Processing Times

Our current order processing time is 2 /3 working days for standard orders,  everything is handmade, and occasionally there may be small delays during especially busy periods, but rest assured we will do everything we can to get our products to you as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday within 2-3 days and dispatched by Royal Mail. At this point, tracking numbers are sent to your email.

Tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
After leaving our workshop, standard delivery typically takes 2 - 4 business days Once the package has left our workshop and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays, or if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors given by the custom.
