Are your candles made with essential or Fragrance oils?
We use both essential and Fragrance oils in our blends.
What type of wax do you use?
We use 100% soy wax for our candles. We love it because it is clean burning and vegan friendly.
How long do your candles burn for?
Our candles all burn for a minimum of 35/40 hours but normally much longer if you follow our burning tips (found on every candle box) trim your wick after every burn and burn your candle until it reaches a full melt pool on every burn.
How can I avoid tunnelling?
To prevent tunnelling, we recommend burning your candle long enough each time so that the entire top surface of the wax is melted. This is especially important the first time you burn your candle, so for your first burn ensure the candle burns for 2-3 hours.
Do I need to trim my wick?
It is important to trim your wick before each burn. We recommend a cut length of 5mm using a wick trimmer.
Are your products vegan-friendly?
Yes, everything we make is vegan-friendly.
Do you test on animals?
Certainly not. Our products are vegan and cruelty-free.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! This is our mission, we do not use plastic in our packaging and is recyclable.
Are your products made in the UK?
Yes! Our products are made in London.
How do I apply my discount code?
On your checkout page, you'll want to enter your discount into the "Gift card or discount code" bar and click apply. Your total amount will then be updated.
How will I know when to expect my parcel?
You will be sent a dispatch email when your parcel leaves us.
For 2nd Class Royal Mail orders, we estimate a delivery lead time of 2-4 working days.
How long do orders take to be dispatched?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday within 2-3 days and dispatched by Royal Mail. At this point, tracking numbers are sent to your email.
What if my shipping address is wrong?
Please email us as soon as possible at service@permelosoul.co.uk If the item has not already been packed or shipped, we can amend the shipping address for you.
